Green Hills is a fantastic neighborhood in Nashville, close to Downtown but away from the noise. It's famous for the upscale Green Hills Mall, which has many shops and varied restaurants. The area is mostly home to wealthy adults and families, offering condos, apartments, and single-family homes. Green Hills combines older homes with new builds, providing suburban comfort and urban convenience. It also has good schools and a mix of lively shopping areas and peaceful streets.

Located south of Downtown, Green Hills is near three universities: Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Lipscomb. It features a blend of residential and commercial spaces, with many ranch-style houses on large lots built mainly in the mid-1900s. Hillsboro Pike is the main commercial hub, home to the newly renovated Green Hills Mall, Restoration Hardware, Nordstrom, an Apple Store, and the famous Bluebird Cafe.
